La Atención a la Salud bajo la Cuchilla: Trascender el Capitalismo por nuestra Salud presenta una visión general e integral de los males derivados de la financiarización/mercantilización de la atención médica, centrándose en los Estados Unidos. El libro esta dividido en cinco secciones: trabajo social y clase médica; el complejo médico-industrial en la era de la financiarización; neoliberalismo y reformas a la salud; la trayectoria del sector salud en el imperialismo; y el camino que queda por recorrer.
