Abortion, Bioethics, and Human Emancipation: a complex and unavoidable relationship

Resumen

Introduction and objectives: Abortion, claiming rights, bioethics and the paths regarding public health, are the topics around which this opinion paper, which aims to challenge the scientific debate from different knowledge concerning the health sciences. Results: From five constructs, according to the diacritical analysis of each one it is questioned and proposed, it is deconstructed and problematized respecting the gender perspective, which transversely permeates the speech. Routes are proposed to rethink the issue of abortion and the singularity of the Cuban case is discussed.
